  1. — DOFAW opened the Hoʻōla ʻĀina request for proposals: approximately $8 million in Green Fee funding for community-based restoration of forests, watersheds, wetlands, anchialine pools, and riparian areas, proposals due 2026-08-17 (HANDS opportunity 27266). The release names no budget line; the eligible work and the amount match this line together with its companion LNR906 line (GF-2027-HI-082 and GF-2027-HI-085, $8.14 million) — that pairing is this registry's reading, not the State's. Awardees were not yet announced as of 2026-10-12.
